We’re proud to introduce Jawnt’s 2025 State of Commuter Benefits: a fresh, practical guide designed to help organizations strengthen their commuter programs and deliver real impact across their workforce.

What’s new this year?

Commuter benefits are changing, and the way we talk about them is changing too. 

Last year’s report was all about the data. We surveyed hundreds of HR professionals to establish a baseline: What kinds of commuter benefits are employers offering? What percentage of employees are enrolling? What’s standing in the way of stronger participation?

This year, we dug deeper. From the start, we took a human-first approach, uncovering pain points and implementation strategies through hours of conversations with HR and transportation professionals across the country. 

Supplemented with last year’s data, we compiled these stories and insights into a practical, implementation-driven guide that reveals how organizations are tackling today’s commuter challenges in real time. 

We debuted a limited-edition zine at ACT International (more on that soon), which we’ve since expanded into an interactive digital resource packed with strategies, examples, and insights you can bring back to your colleagues.
